“Plakoura” vineyard is situated on a premier cru slope with sandy, stony soil at 500m altitude. Head-trained pruning, combined with north-east exposure and ample sunshine, ensures grapes reach optimal ripeness at harvest. Our meticulous cultivation practices result in extremely low yields, producing a concentrated wine with deep red color and excellent structure and long aging potential.
