From own-rooted Tachtas vines, planted in 1944 at 700m., this unfiltered wine was macerated on skins, fermented spontaneously and matured for 3 months in foudre. A gastronomic wine combining aromas of citrus and herbs with a fruity palate and elegant tannins.
