Sustainable Wines
We are self-assessed sustainable!
In the vintage of 2017 we produced the first self-assessed sustainable wines in Crete, within the project "Crete/ First steps towards a sustainable food destination" carried out by Futouris e.V, TUI Care Foundation and Lyrarakis winery.
Our winery works with respect towards understanding the secrets of the environment in order to sustain productive land for the future generations! We always try to acquire a substantial relationship with the local culture and promote the authentic Cretan tradition, caring truly for our place, our children!
Our first self-assesed sustainable wines are: Plyto Psarades, Dafni Psarades, Vilana Pirovolikes, Vidiano Ippodromos, Thrapsathiri Armi, Kotsifali PGI, Vilana PGI.
